While SPC Floors are denser and resistant to major impacts, both flooring types are resistant to scratches and stains. They hold up well to wear and tear even in high-traffic areas of home.
Superior Moisture Resistant
Its raw material is stone powder and PVC. No water absorption; it will not become moldy due to humidity.
Fire Retardant
The fire protection index can reach B1 grade, second only to stone. SPC Flooring itself does not burn and can prevent combustion.
Formaldehyde-Free
The main raw material is natural stone powder and plastic, without any radioactive elements, formaldehyde-free, it is a new green ground decoration material.
Anti-slip
The wear-resistant layer surface has a special anti-slip texture, improving traction in wet situations. More astringent, it provides better anti-slip performance.
Easy to Install
Compared to traditional LVT, SPC flooring has a distinct advantage because it is rigid core, which can hide many imperfections of subfloor.
